Of the past
Often keeps me stuck
In the fog
Of lies
That I was told.

I’m still young enough
To admit I don’t know
Everything
But that is why
I plan to stay
Curious

Learning
To let go
Of the things
I can’t control
May sound cheesy
But my body
Needs the rest
