I’m still young enough
To admit I don’t know
Everything
But that is why
I plan to stay

Throwback of the Day: Peanut Butter Jelly Time
But, one thing that I loved in my childhood that has carried over into my adult life, even though we were forced to eat them A LOT, is peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (or sammiches, as we used to call them when I was a kid). There’s just something about putting those two textures and tastes together, between two slices of soft white bread, that invigorates my foodie soul. That was also the joy of going to PB and Jellies in downtown Colorado Springs.
Quote of the Day

To let go
Of the things
I can’t control
May sound cheesy
But my body
Needs the rest
