We Cannot Confine Our Existence

We cannot confine our existence
Only to those whom look like us
Our country is best
And primed for success
When others are welcome to join us.

Help the Resistance touch more lives.

Pessimism blares
It scares us into action
Fear is the controlling rule
Optimism shines
It hopes for a good outcome
Courage is what motivates

There is no good time
The time is now to fight them
Keep on resisting

The smile is a lie
The moment is imperfect
A tortured young girl
Escaping with my bestie
Catch the moment as it fades
